        Pageant Information      

      Supreme Titles
There will be a Grand Supreme Queen and a Mini Supreme Queen in each supreme breakdown. The Grand Supreme title will be awarded to the highest scoring contestant in Formal Wear and Valentine’s Wear. The Mini Supreme title will be awarded to the next highest scoring contestant in Formal Wear and Valentine’s Wear. The Supreme Queens will win a large crown, custom sash, Princess gifts, $50 off Southern Grace Nationals Fall of 2013, and will be invited to attend Disney on Ice in May.

         
We DO NOT double crown for Division Queens and Supreme Titles.

       Division Supremes
In each age division the highest scoring contestant behind the grand and mini supremes will be crowned Division Supreme. This comes from the Formal Wear and Valentine’s Score. Queens will receive a large crown, custom sash, Princess gifts, $50 off Southern Grace Nationals Fall 2013 and will be invited to attend Disney on Ice in May.

        Division Queens
The highest scoring contestant behind supremes in each age division will be crowned Division Queen. This comes only from the Formal Wear Score. Queens will receive a large crown, custom sash, $50 off Southern Grace Nationals Fall 2013 and will be invited to attend Disney on Ice in May.

      
        Runners-up & Princess/Director’s Awards                                                                  
There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner-up in each age division. Those receiving a runner-up award will receive a beautiful crown and $35 off Southern Grace Nationals Fall 2013.
Those not receiving a queen or runner-up award will receive a princess or director’s award. They will receive a beautiful crown.
        

        Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile & Best Personality
These titles will be judged during the group line-up after formal wear. There will be one winner for each of these awards in each group. Winners will receive a custom medal.

0-2 yrs: Check-in 9:00-9:30
0-2 yrs: Judge Photos 9:30
0-2 yrs: Pageant 10:00
0-2 yrs: Princess Tea Party will begin after Valentine’s Wear. Awards will begin after party.

3-6 yrs: Judge Photos 2:00
3-6 yrs: Pageant 2:30

7-10 yrs: Check-in 4:00-4:30
7-10 yrs: Judge Photos 4:30
7-10 yrs: Pageant 5:00
7-10 yrs: Princess Tea Party will begin after Valentine’s Wear. Awards will begin after party.

            Category Information and Fees

Package One:
Includes: Formal Wear, Valentine’s Wear, Photogenic, Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Smile, Prettiest Hair, Best Personality, entry into Supreme Titles, attend the Princess Tea Party, ride in Cinderella’s horse drawn carriage.
Fee: $125

Package Two:
Formal Wear only. Includes Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile and Best Personality, attend the Princess Tea Party and ride in Cinderella’s horse drawn carriage.
Fee: $85

Admission:
Fee: $10 adults, $7 students, contestants and children 3 & under free. Includes admission to pageant, princess tea party and carriage ride.

Extra photos:
Fee: $5 each


Contestants may turn in a $25 deposit to secure her spot in her age division line-up. This deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due Feb. 18th. If you choose to not compete in the pageant that is already paid for then you forfeit the deposit and the remainder can be transferred to a future pageant.

Formal Wear
Pageant dresses or Sunday’s best.
(no full glitz dresses) Natural Pageant dresses
only. No make-up ages 0-4 and light make-up
ages 5-10 (powder, mascara, lip gloss).
Formal wear walks must be under 90 sec.

Valentine’s Wear
Outfits may be custom made or off the rack.
Must have an emphasis on the Valentine’s
theme. No swim suits. No big glitz stones
and no mid-drifts showing. Music is
provided by the staff for this category.
Small hand held props are okay.
NO STAGE PROPS.
Please keep routines natural.
Simple modeling only! No tumbling and
no jumps. Routines must be under 90 sec.







Most Photogenic
Natural Photos Only. Photos may be 5 x 7, 8 x 10 or 8.5 x 11. Color and Black & White photos are
acceptable. Please include contestant’s name and age division on back of photo.
Bring all photos to check-in on pageant day. Do not mail photos.

Notice

Photos and Score Sheets may be picked up at the registration table at the end of awards.
Any items left cannot be mailed.

Everyone attending will be able to ride in
Cinderella’s horse drawn carriage!

Queens will be invited to go as a group
to see Disney on Ice in May!
