Pageant Information      


        Supreme Titles

There will be 2 Grand Supreme Queen, 2 Mini Supreme Queen and 2 Novice Supreme Queens. There will be one of each for ages 0-3 yrs and one for each for ages 4-9 yrs. The Grand Supreme title will be awarded to the highest contestant in Formal Wear and Valentine’s Wear. You must compete in all categories to be eligible. The Mini Supreme title will be awarded to the next highest contestant in Formal Wear and Valentine’s Wear. The Novice Supreme title will be awarded to the next highest contestant behind Grand and Mini in Formal Wear and Valentine’s Wear. Novice titles will only be awarded to those who have not won a supreme title with Southern Grace Pageants.
The Supreme Queens will win a large crown, custom sash, large trophy, Princess gifts and $50 off Southern Grace Nationals 2012.



We DO NOT double crown for division queen and supreme titles.
We do however double crown with one Queen Title and door events.
      


       
Southern Grace Pageants’ Ambassadors

There will be an Ambassador Queen awarded to one young lady who obtains the most votes from her fans. Minimum of 75 votes to win.  Each vote is $1. Votes will end after the Formal Wear portion of competition. Winners will receive: large crown, large two post trophy, custom sash, and $50 off Southern Grace Nationals 2012. Start collecting votes now! Family and Friends can vote today by using the paypal button on the “how to enter” page of the website.


**If you are planning on participating in Ambassador or People’s Choice you will need to stay for the 4-9 yrs awards. This will be awarded then.**

       
       
People’s Choice Winner

There will be a People’s Choice Queen awarded to a young lady who obtains the next highest votes behind the Ambassador Queen. People’s Choice Winner will receive: tiara, custom sash and two post trophy.

       
Awards

Every contestant is special and will be recognized on stage. 
Everyone will receive a two-post trophy and a tiara.

          Division Supreme
The highest scoring contestant behind the supreme titles will be crowned Division Supreme. Scores will come from Formal Wear and Valentine’s Wear. There is a division supreme per age division. Division Queens will receive a rhinestone crown, trophy, a custom sash, Princess gift and $50 off Southern Grace Nationals 2012.

          Each Division Queen:
The highest scoring contestant behind Division Supreme in each age division will be crowned Division Queen. This comes only from the Formal Wear Score. Queens will receive a rhinestone crown, trophy, a custom sash, Princess gift and $50 off Southern Grace Nationals 2012.

Check-in ages 0-3: 1:30 p.m.
    Pageant ages 0-3: 2:00 p.m.
    Princess Tea Party for ages 0-3 will be after their awards.  Awards begin after Valentine’s Wear.
    Order of pageant: Formal Wear, Valentine’s Wear, Awards, Tea Party

    Check-in ages 4-9: 3:30 p.m.
    Pageant ages 4-9: 4:15 p.m.
    Princess Tea Party for ages 4-9 will begin after Valentine’s Wear. Awards after party.

        Category Information and Fees

Package One:
Includes: Formal Wear, Valentine’s Wear, Photogenic, Portfolio, Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Smile,
Prettiest Hair, and Best Personality and Supreme Titles.

Fee: $100

Package Two:
Formal Wear, Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile & Best Personality

Fee: $80


Door Events will be announced closer to the pageant date!

Formal Wear
Come dress as a Princess and wear those beautiful pageant dresses or Sunday’s best. (no full glitz dresses)
Natural Pageant only: No make-up ages 0-4 and light make-up ages 5-9 (powder, mascara, lip gloss)

Valentine’s Wear
Outfits may be custom made or off the rack. Must have an emphases on the Valentine’s theme.
No big glitz stones and no mid-drifts showing. Music is provided by the staff for this category.


Most Photogenic
Natural Photos Only. Photos may be 5 x 7, 8 x 10 or 8.5 x 11.
Color and Black & White photos are acceptable. Please include contestant’s
name and age division on back of photo. Bring all photos to check-in on
pageant day. Do not mail photos.

Additional Photos: $5 each


Portfolio
Portfolios are collections of professional photographs. Your portfolio should have
three or more pictures which must be placed in a portfolio book. They may be black & white,
color, head shots, full body shots, etc. They should be 5x7, 8x10 or 8.5 x 11. There should be no less than
3 photos and no more than 15 photos.
This is not a scrapbook. Please place photos in a nice album with clear sleeves for photos.

Admissions: Includes badge to the Pageant and Tea Party.
Adults $10, Students $5, Children 3 and under $1. Contestants Free.



Notice

Photos and Score Sheets may be picked up at the registration table at the end of awards.
Any items left cannot be mailed.
