Miss GA Southern Grace State is our state level pageant.
Miss 4th of July is a preliminary level pageant.
Age Divisions
Baby Miss: 0-18 mos. Tiny Miss: 19-35 mos. Princess: 3-4 yrs. Petite Miss: 5-6 yrs.
Sweetheart: 7-9 yrs. Jr. Miss: 10-12 yrs. Teen Miss: 13-15 yrs. Miss: 16-21 yrs.
(We will split age divisions if more than 10 contestants enter an age division.)
Pageant Information
Miss GA Southern Grace State Supreme Titles
There will be a Grand Supreme Queen, a Mini Supreme Queen and a Novice Supreme Queen in each supreme breakdown for Miss GA Southern Grace State. The Grand Supreme title will be awarded to the highest contestant in Formal Wear and Patriotic Wear. You must compete in all categories to be eligible. The Mini Supreme title will be awarded to the next highest contestant in Formal Wear and Patriotic Wear. The Novice Supreme title will be awarded to the next highest contestant behind Grand and Mini in Formal Wear and Patriotic Wear. Novice titles will only be awarded to those who have not won a supreme title with Southern Grace Pageants Natural System.
The Supreme Queens will win a large crown, custom sash, large trophy, and $50 off Southern Grace Nationals 2012.
Miss 4th of July Supreme Titles
There will be a Supreme Queen in each supreme breakdown for Miss 4th of July. The Supreme title will be awarded to the highest contestant in Formal Wear and Patriotic Wear. You must compete in all categories to be eligible. The Supreme Queens will win a large crown, custom sash, large trophy, and $50 off Southern Grace Nationals 2012.
We DO NOT double crown for division Queens and Supreme Titles.
We do however double crown with Miss GA Southern Grace State titles and Miss 4th of July Titles.
(Ex: Contestant 1 wins Baby Miss Queen for State, she can also win Miss 4th of July Supreme.)
Southern Grace Pageants’ Ambassadors
There will be 3 Ambassador Queens total for both pageants awarded to 3 contestants who obtain the most votes from their fans. There will be one winner from ages 0-35 mos, one from 3-6 yrs and one from 7-21 yrs. Minimum of 75 votes to win. Each vote is $1. Votes will end after the Formal Wear portion of competition. Winners will receive: large crown, large two post trophy, custom sash, and $50 off Southern Grace Nationals 2012.

People’s Choice Winner
There will be three People’s Choice Queens total for both pageants awarded to the young ladies who obtain the next highest votes behind the Ambassador Queens. One winner from 0-35 mos, one from 3-6 yrs and one from 7-21 yrs.
People’s Choice Winners will receive: tiara, custom sash and two post trophy.
Awards
Every contestant is special and will be recognized on stage. Every contestant will receive a tiara for participating in the pageant. Everyone competing in state will receive a two-post trophy. Everyone competing in 4th of July will receive a trophy. If competing in both, you will receive two trophies.
Miss GA Southern Grace State Division Queen
The highest scoring contestant behind supremes in each age division will be crowned Miss GA Southern Grace State Division Queen. This comes only from the Formal Wear Score. Queens will receive a beautiful crown, trophy, custom sash and $50 off Southern Grace Nationals 2012.
Miss 4th of July Division Queen
The highest scoring contestant behind the supreme in each age division will be crowned Miss 4th of July Division Queen. This comes only from the Formal Wear Score. Queens will receive a rhinestone crown, trophy, a custom sash, and $50 off Southern Grace Nationals 2012.

Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile & Best Personality:
These titles will be judged during the group line-up after formal wear. The state judges will choose these winners. There will be one winner for each of these awards in each group. Winners will receive a custom medal.

Door Events will be announced closer to the pageant date!
Formal Wear
Pageant dresses or Sunday’s best.
(no full glitz dresses) Natural Pageant only:
No make-up ages 0-4 and light make-up
ages 5-9 (powder, mascara, lip gloss)
Patriotic Wear
Outfits may be custom made or off the rack. Must have an emphases on the Patriotic theme.
No big glitz stones and no mid-drifts showing. Music is provided by the staff for this category.
Small hand held props are okay. Please keep routines natural. Simple modeling only!
Most Photogenic
Natural Photos Only. Photos may be 5 x 7, 8 x 10 or 8.5 x 11.
Color and Black & White photos are acceptable. Please include contestant’s
name and age division on back of photo. Bring all photos to check-in on
pageant day. Do not mail photos.
Additional Photos: $5 each
Portfolio
Portfolios are collections of professional photographs. Your portfolio should have
three or more pictures which must be placed in a portfolio book. They may be black & white,
color, head shots, full body shots, etc. They should be 5x7, 8x10 or 8.5 x 11.
This is not a scrapbook. Please place photos in a nice album with clear sleeves for photos.
