Age Divisions

Baby Miss: 0-18 months        Tiny Miss: 19-35 months       Princess: 3-4 years        
Petite Miss: 5-6 years             Sweetheart: 7-9 years             Jr. Miss:  10-12 years     
Teen Miss:  13-15 years         Miss: 16-21 years
(We will divide age divisions, if there are 12 or more contestants in a group.)
          
           Supreme Titles

There will be 3 Ultimate Supreme Queens. One for ages 0-35 months, one for ages 3-6 years, and one ages 7-21 years at the natural pageant. There will also be 3 Supreme Queens. One for ages 0-35 months, one for 3-6 years, and one for 7-21 years. You must compete in all categories to be eligible for a Supreme Title. The Ultimate Supreme title will be awarded to the contestant scoring the highest in Formal Wear, Interview (3-21 yrs.), and Casual Wear combined. The Supreme title will be awarded to the next highest contestant in Formal Wear, Interview (3-21 yrs.), and Casual Wear.

        
We DO NOT double crown for division queen and supreme titles, however we do
double crown with one Door Events.

        Jackpot Winners

Jackpots are door events. There will be 3 Overall Photogenic Jackpot Winners, 3 Overall Portfolio Jackpot Winners, and 3 Overall Most Beautiful Jackpot Winners. There will be one winner in each of these categories for ages 0-35 months, one winner for 3-6 years, and one winner for 7-19 years.
Winners will receive half of the jackpot cash entered for that category. Cash only.

(Jackpots do not in anyway affect the results of the pageant. Overall Most Beautiful will not count towards formal wear. There is no facial beauty score. This is a side event.)

           Southern Grace Pageants Ambassador Queens

There will be 3 Ambassador Queens awarded to three young ladies who obtain the most votes from their fans: one from ages 0-35 months, one from 3-6 years, and one from 7-21 years. Minimum of 100 votes to win.  Each vote is $1. Votes will end after the Formal Wear portion of competition. Start collecting votes now! Family and Friends can vote today by using the paypal button on the “how to enter” page of the website.


            People’s Choice Queens

There will be 3 People’s Choice Queens awarded to three young ladies who obtain the next highest votes behind the Ambassador Queens: one winner from ages 0-35 months, one from 3-6 years and one from 7-21 years. Minimum of 50 votes to win.

            Divisions

For each division there will be a winner in:
Casual Wear, Interview (3 - 21 yrs only), Photogenic, Portfolio, Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile, Best Personality. There will also be a Division Queen, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd runner-up in each age division. Those not placing will win a Princess or Director’s award.

Formal Wear

May be a pageant dress or a Sunday dress.
No national glitz dresses.
Refer to the rules page for information on hair
and make-up.





Casual Wear

Outfits may be custom made or off the rack.
No fancy party dresses.
Think casual and things that fit your personality.
Music is provided for this category.

Interview (3-21 years only)

Contestants will have a short 5 min individual interview in front of a panel of judges. Have fun and be yourself. Questions will come from the contestants bios. Contestants will wear their pageant t-shirt and jeans. Jean can not have designs or rips. The t-shirts are white with hot pink writing.


Most Photogenic

Photos may be 5 x 7 or 8 x 10. Either color or black & white photos are acceptable. Please include contestant’s name and age division on back of photo. Bring all photos to check-in pageant day.
Do not mail photos.


Portfolio

Portfolios are collections of professional photographs. Your portfolio should have
three or more pictures, which must be placed in a portfolio book.

This schedule can change depending on the number of contestants.

The final schedule will be emailed out a week before the pageant.

Notice

Photos and Score Sheets may be picked up at the registration table at the end of awards.
Any items left cannot be mailed.

NO PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED IN THE AUDITORIUM
Carrie Abernathy, one of our pageant photographers,
will be taking multiple photos of all contestants during the pageant.
Photos will be available for purchase.
